Flat-Plate ORP Sensor for Redox Monitoring in Aggressive Process Environments
The +GF+ Signet 3‑2725‑60 is a flat-style ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) electrode designed for continuous online redox measurement in water and chemical process automation. Housed in a chemically robust Ryton® (PPS) body with FKM seals and a ¾″ MNPT thread, it mounts directly into standard DN15–DN100 (½–4″) pipe tees or Signet fittings. Key parameters include a ±2000 mV measuring range, operating temperature 10–85 °C, pressure rating up to 6.9 bar, and a built-in 10 kΩ NTC temperature element for compensation. The signature DryLoc® connector with gold-plated contacts pairs securely with the Signet 2760 preamplifier or 2750 sensor electronics for conditioned 4–20 mA / digital output to PLC/DCS or controllers like 8750 / 8900 / 9900.
