USB Configuration Tool for Signet SmartPro® Transmitters & Blind Sensors
The +GF+ Signet 3‑0252 is a compact USB-to-Digital (S³L) configuration tool with Windows-compatible software that connects a PC directly to SmartPro® 9900 transmitters and blind sensors (2551/2552 magmeters, 2751 pH/ORP electronics, 2450 pressure, 2250 level, 2350 temp, 2610 DO). Key parameters: USB-powered 5V @ ~15mA, ABS enclosure, red/blue LEDs for power/data, max cable run 300 m, OS support from Windows to 10, and CE / FCC / RoHS compliance.
Commissioning, Cloning & Diagnostic Function in Automation Projects
Its core function is backup, restore, and clone of transmitter/sensor configurations to PC files — letting technicians reprogram replacements in seconds without re-entering K-factors, units, or 4–20 mA spans on-site. It also provides real-time monitoring and CSV data logging for troubleshooting flow, pH, conductivity, pressure, and level loops. The advantage is faster commissioning, fewer setup errors across multi-sensor skids, and a portable diagnostic interface that eliminates the need to dismantle panels — ideal for water/wastewater, chemical processing, and OEM skid builds.
